Availability, tax treatment, contract language, privacy notices, and consumer or business notices may vary by market.
This Marketplace Transparency Notice explains the main parameters that may affect how restaurants, creators, campaigns, applications, content, and opportunities are displayed, matched, ranked, moderated, or restricted in Tablevert.
This Notice supports the Terms of Use and may be supplemented by campaign-specific rules, subscription terms, in-product explanations, moderation notices, or country-specific notices.
Tablevert may use rules, filters, analytics, and AI-assisted support tools to help users find relevant creators, restaurants, and campaigns. These systems support discovery and workflow organization; they do not guarantee selection, visibility, bookings, revenue, follower growth, engagement, or campaign performance.
Tablevert may review, restrict, label, demote, remove, suspend, or preserve accounts, campaigns, content, applications, messages, provider connections, or marketplace visibility where needed to enforce the Terms, comply with law, protect users, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or secure the platform.
Restrictions may be based on user reports, automated safety checks, account review, provider feedback, payment status, legal requests, or internal compliance review.
Users may report unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, fake, unsafe, discriminatory, undisclosed advertising, or policy-violating content or conduct by contacting privacy@tablevert.com or contact@tablevert.com and including the relevant account, restaurant, creator, campaign, content, message, or decision reference.
Tablevert may request additional information, preserve evidence, restrict visibility while reviewing a report, notify affected users where required, and record the outcome for audit and compliance purposes.
A user affected by a marketplace restriction, moderation decision, provider-connection restriction, campaign restriction, or account action may request review by contacting privacy@tablevert.com or contact@tablevert.com.
The review request should identify the decision, explain why the user believes it should be changed, and provide supporting evidence. Tablevert may uphold, reverse, narrow, or modify the decision and may provide a statement of reasons where required by applicable law.
Restaurants and creators can access the marketplace, campaign, application, contract, media, consent, and reporting records made available to their role through the Tablevert product. Access may be limited by account role, campaign participation, provider permission, active subscription, legal retention, security controls, or third-party provider restrictions.
Users must not scrape, resell, export, or reuse another user's personal, business, campaign, provider, or marketplace data outside the authorized Tablevert purpose.
For transparency, reporting, or review requests, contact privacy@tablevert.com.
